The story follows a protagonist who arrives in a remote village haunted by a terrifying supernatural presence. The spirit that stalks the village was once an extraordinarily powerful sage who lived over a hundred years ago. As he relentlessly pursued greater power, his abilities grew beyond control, and his obsession eventually consumed him.

Blinded by his thirst for dominance, he brought devastation upon countless villages, spreading fear and destruction wherever he went. To stop his reign of terror, another powerful sage confronted him and ultimately defeated and sealed away his soul.

However, death was not the end. His restless spirit remained trapped within the village, cursing the land and haunting its inhabitants for generations.
